CED520 Second Class
I'm really enjoying this class. I'm looking forward to learning about Wikipedia this week. I haven't done the homework yet, but I'm most excited for that assignment. I don't allow my student to use this site while doing work for my class. I have found in the past that information was not correct. That was years ago though. It should be interesting to see if things have changed.

Christy - In my first few years of teaching I didn't allow my students to use Wikipedia for research purposes but now I've relaxed a bit to allow them to check it out but not for any direct quotes. I use it personally to get a quick overview of a topic before doing detailed research so I figure I probably shouldn't be a hypocrite about it, right? :)
